    I have been diagnosed with fibro altho I think it is something else.

    I had been on Lyrica.....it did not help.

    I have been on Cymbalta and it hasn't helped.

    Now what?

    I don't have fibro, but I researched a bit for you and found that Amytryptline supposedly works well for fibromyalgia, but has more side effects than cymbalta. I know that some antidepressants take a few weeks to take effect, so maybe it is a bit soon to tell? You might want to ask your doctor about it.
