"What Every American Needs to Know About Autoimmune Disease" This FREE conference is open to autoimmune patients, their families, Presented by: AARDA, The University of Alabama at Birmingham and The Vasculitis Foundation
How to find the building: The Margaret Cameron Spain Auditorium is in the corner of UAB Hospital building on the same side as the patient pickup/drop off. It is on ground level. If you were standing directly under the green 7th Avenue South and 19th Street markers, facing the Lyons-Harrison Research Building sign (large, you aren't likely to miss that one-it's on the side of the building), it would be LITERALLY DIRECTLY BEHIND YOU. Neither the door to MCSA, nor the marker, are easily visible as you are driving around, but once you see the door, the MCSA sign is directly above the door. You "might" see the historical marker for the "School of Medicine" set back from the street if you have good eyes. If you are using GPS, the zip code is 35223. Plan on having to park in one of the parking decks; bring $ to do so. --we thank one of our local volunteers for this information!
