Join us on Saturday, May 20, 2017 for “Return to Downton: An Afternoon Tea & Silent Auction” to benefit the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA).

The event will feature a Downton Abbey theme, from period music and entertainment to a “Dress Up for Downton” contest, a silent auction of fabulous items, and a lovely afternoon tea at The Whitney, Detroit’s iconic Romanesque Revival mansion-restaurant.

AARDA Celebrates 25th Anniversary in New York City

An anonymous donor feted AARDA’s 25th Anniversary at a gala held at Bouley Botanical in New York City! AARDA thanks Chef David Bouley, Kyle Marcelli, the Relapsing Polychondritis Awareness and Support Foundation, and our many friends, old and new,  who were able to attend and make this night extra special. Guests gave great attention to Chef Bouley’s presentation, and a highlight of the night was a short presentation by special guest Noel Rose, MD, PhD. Guests watched a special video presented by Kyle Marcelli/Marcelli Motorsports. A delicious six course dinner was enjoyed by all and guests were sent home with a specially prepared Bouley cake. Happy 25th Anniversary to us!

The National Health Council  has launched a redesigned and updated website, which provides resources to help people make informed decisions about purchasing health care. This is the only free, web-based calculator that we know that that allows people to enter their unique health information and see how their health care costs will vary depending on the different metal plans sold in their state.
