Autoimmunity: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow

Every March AARDA holds a summit to bring together the autoimmune disease community. Our goal for this event is to raise awareness of new developments in autoimmune disease research and to create and foster collaborations. On March 28, 2017, AARDA hosted “Autoimmunity: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow” at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. Katie joined AARDA in September 2016 and is responsible for administrative support to the AARDA team. She also is quickly learning how to administer a Wordpress website. Katie holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration, speaks German, and enjoys volunteering for a good cause.
